Description:Nestled in a dense copse of evergreen trees, Uncle Gus's is a great timber lodge, built by dwarven craftsmen from huge logs and outfitted with garish carvings winding up the front porch posts and echoed inside in the walls and supports of the inn. The main emphasis of the inn is on people staying in a common room, but it also has 6 other private rooms for rent. These private rooms are expensive compared to the price charged to flop on the main room's floor. Proprietor:The owner/operator is Gustoff Vincent Harlequin. A bardic nomad elf, ancient in age, and experience, he's settled in for a hundred years or so to tending bar and swapping stories and songs with travelers on the road. Gus as he's known by those who frequent his establishment and those who hear of his exploits, is a friendly fellow, always ready to tell a story if a story is not being told by someone else. He has a particular knack of telling a story without missing a beat as he tends bar, giving out drink after drink while his story telling continues. |
