Description:

A dark foreboding keep-like structure, entirely crafted out of stone, this 6 story tower was converted to a hotel by it's present owner. It has 40 rooms arranged around a central open courtyard that is open from the ground floor all the way up to the 6th floor. The bottom floor is the open tavern and eating establishment. Winding stairs lead up to the balcony for each floor which gives access to each of the 10 rooms on that floor.

The top floor is the private residence of the owner.

The owner/operator is Frank Vlad, a dark-haired, thin and gaunt man. He is quiet and speaks only in the quietest of tones, answering questions when asked, but being otherwise very hermit-like himself. Rumors of his being a vampire are greatly exaggerated. He will neither confirm or deny the rumors if asked, instead, shrugging his shoulders and muttering "You decide for yourself."
