Kopernick's Heavenly Inn

Description:

Similar to Armstrong's Moontel, Kopernick's also features a large dome over its common room. Kopernicks is ten times more fascinating in that the entire dome is glass, magically constructed and raised, it opens the room out into the open sky, filtering out all the weather and adding an interesting aura to the inn.

Rooms are arranged around the second floor balcony, and there are 20 of them.

Proprietor:

The owner/operator is Glink Gluck, a dwarf. He wears a guilded robe, and a tall pointed dark hat. Other than looking like some bizarre wizard, there is little or no magic ability in any part of his body. Glink does have a couple of magic items that allow him to give the impression of being magically inclined. His typical entrance into the main room is from high above near the edge of the glass dome. Shouting loudly, "Geronimo!" or some other interesting epitaph, he launches himself from the ledge, shocking many guests, before floating slowly to the floor below by means of his ring of Featherfall. At other times, he blinks from one side of the great room to the other, by means of a second ring of dimension door.

Neither ring ever is removed, nor is he remise in his ability to notice any attempts by thieves attempting to pick them from his fingers. Two shriveled and dried hands hang above the bar, testament to his vigilance.
