The Regal Penguin

Description:

This thin, tall building sports a single room on its ground floor that acts as an inn. Guests proceed up a thin set of stairs to the three floors above which contain 14 rooms, small and cramped for more than two people each. The outside of the building is interesting for the black stone from which it has been crafted. A large white sign welcomes would be guests to the small door that leads into the ground floor inn.

Proprietor:

The owner/operator is Manny DePhito, a fat little dwarf with white hair and a waddle of a walk. He is prone to fits of joke-telling and raucous laughter.
