The owner/operator is Anastatia Besheeba, a dark-haired, lithe young lady, who inherited the complex from her father a shrewd banker. She used her creative talents and contacts in the city to come up with a unique method of attracting customers.

She is protected by a large tame tiger named Voss who is never far from her side.
