Pholley's Frick-a-sea

Description:

This small, but elegant establishment caters mostly to a hungry crowd of important dignitaries. On occasion, some of less grand social standing may be admitted, after first proving to the large burly waiter at the door that they can afford to pay for their food.

The place has a large number of tables sporting white, ironed table-clothes, along with fresh cut flowers in small petite vases each set carefully in the center of each table.

Proprietor:

The owner/operator is Philbert Pholley, a retired fisherman, cook of world renowned fame. He was once chief chef to the queen's kitchen and made famous dishes enjoyed by all her guests.

He is a small, skinny fellow, almost child-like in his features, with the exception of a pencil thin moustache. His hair is black and thinning slightly on top. He typically will be found working on a new recipe in his kitchen, pots piled as high as his short stature can reach and his white apron covered in a painters mixture of colors.
