Northern Eporue

Map of Northern Eporue

Northern Eporue is controlled by a dictator, with his armies formed into legions and administering his rule with rigid and professional soldier efficiency. He is kept busy maintaining his border against barbarian incursions from the Aissur continent.

Northern Eporue is divided for purposes of management into three regions.

The most north-west potion of this region is called the Rhine region. Notable in this area is the great Black Mountains and Black Forest, located north of the city of Trier.

The southern central area is known as the Gaul region. This area administers the dwarven mining villages of Raven's Roost, Tempest, Pagi, and Avenches. Avenches is also a gateway village to the southern cities by way of the Cairn Mountain Pass, a dangerous path through the center of the Cairn mountains that exits at the village of New Amsterdame.

The eastern side is known as the Spire region. This area is notable as the least populated of the three regions, but most important as it marks the route barbarian invasion forces choose for their incursions into the region. The region is now protected by the great wall known as Boris's Barbarian Wall that stretches from the city of Barcellona to the small village of Radnage.
